It all started with aĀ Mel RobbinsĀ podcast whereĀ Dr. Vonda Wright, an orthopedic surgeon and longevity expert, said that every woman should be able to do 11 pushups ā€“ real pushups, not from the knees. Well, that comment went viral, and now women everywhere are taking to TikTok to do their own 11 pushups a day.

I took so much more than just the pushup info from this clip and watched it a second time to take notes. Seems doable and VERY worth it...
