Was one of your resolutions this year to get into better shape? If so, yoga can really help with that! However, I'm more of a cardio kinda gal. And truthfully, yoga & I just do not get along. I don't feel coordinated enough for the poses. And as far as the benefits of stretching the muscles go, I'd rather just get a massage to make them feel better - haha!
However, I stumbled across this new yoga trend, which has a 600 person wait list!!! Being the animal lover that I am (and the complete lack of yoga I'm seeing in this video), I think I can get behind Goat Yoga - or at least try it once!
