If you have kids, or even if you don't, you're probably familiar with the newest rad - Fidget Spinners. This new "toy" is supposed to help kids stop fidgeting while in class and keep them focused. However, many teachers find them distracting & are banning them from classrooms.
I can see both sides to this... they probably do help kids fidget less, but I personally think they would probably be more effective while you're waiting in line at the market, on a long car ride or while sitting at Great Aunt Betty's, trying to behave. Probably not in the middle of class.
If you truly need something to help keep your kid busy & focused, what better option than Legos?! Check out this tutorial on how to make a Fidget Spinner with Legos your kids probably have at home. It's like double duty! They keep busy with the Legos, and then they have a Fidget Spinner to play with as well.
